Starting in the Fall of 2016, Tsang Seymour has been Lloyd’s of London North American design agency. In addition to handling the RFP and new business pitch, I have managed the client relationships, creative direction and production of all work on the account. During this period, we have participated in the implementation of a new visual identity, coordinating our work with the client teams in New York and London. Working from visual brand standards by Pentagram’s Harry Pearce, we have helped establish templates and specifications that expedite implementation and application of their new brand system.
